Approach
How we work, and what it is worth.
Value estimated from your own records before anything is committed, then measured against that reference point. No published percentages.
Value
In terms your board already uses.
We do not publish generic percentage improvements. Each lever is estimated from your own operational and financial records before anything is committed, and measured against that estimate afterwards. Every value claim traces to a measure your finance function already reports, which keeps the business case in terms your board already uses.
| Lever | Mechanism | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery and scrap | Material recovered at the stage it was lost | Gross margin |
| Claim and dispute evidence | Contested instead of conceded | Provisions and exceptional cost |
| Containment precision | Remediation scoped to units actually affected | Cost of quality |
| Inventory and receivables | Working capital released | Financing cost |
| Spend consolidation | Negotiation on the whole picture | Cost of goods and services |
| Report assembly effort | Hours returned to the business | Operating expense |
| Tool consolidation | Four licences become part of one | IT operating cost |
| Decisions taken sooner | Questions answered within the period they arise | Options available to management |
The two largest sources of value are the two we cannot quantify, and we will not pretend otherwise: decisions taken sooner, and decisions taken on one number rather than several competing ones.

Deployment
Built for the most demanding environments.
Five topologies from one codebase, which is what makes a single deployment story satisfy a defence tender, a bank's risk committee and a cloud-first CIO without three different products.
| Topology | What it means | Typically chosen by |
|---|---|---|
| On premises | Inside your own data centre. Nothing leaves the estate. | Defence, public sector, regulated manufacturing |
| Private cloud | Client-controlled tenancy, client-held keys. | Financial services, healthcare |
| Public cloud | Any provider, on standard Kubernetes rather than a managed lock-in. | Enterprises with a cloud-first policy |
| Air-gapped | Fully disconnected, including local model inference. | Classified and critical national infrastructure |
| Federated | Per-jurisdiction deployments with one view across them. | Multi-country groups under residency rules |
How we start
One question. Written up. No commitment.
Discovery conversation
A focused discussion of the questions asked most often and answered least well, and of the systems that hold the relevant data.
Opportunity framing
A written framing of the most promising one: the business question, the accountable sponsor, the reference measure, and an assessment of data readiness.
Engagement proposal
Scope, approach, engagement model and commercial terms, in a form suitable for internal review and approval.
Delivery and realisation
Build, validation and adoption, followed by measurement against the agreed reference point and a recommendation on what to do next.
What makes an opportunity well formed
- A defined question — Material to the business and not answerable today.
- An accountable owner — A sponsor able to confirm the result is correct and act on it.
- A reference point — A current measure against which value can be shown.
- Accessible data — Sources identified and their readiness understood.
In production
Where the platform family's patterns already run.
Client names are withheld — we name a client only with their written consent. What we can say is the sector, the work and the state of it.
Defence logistics
Global tracking of equipment consignments.
Healthcare payer
Historical claims retrieval from a large ERP estate.
Banking
Unified customer view across retail, merchant and corporate.
Insurance
Customer 360 assembled from policy and claims systems.
Industrial manufacturing
Production, quality and supply chain on one layer.
National AI programme
Sovereign deployment of a governed data foundation.
